About Jonathan O’Hare
I’m Jonathan. I run J O’Hare Plumbing and Heating, and I work across Northumberland and Newcastle on bathrooms, boilers, heating and general plumbing.
I trained through City & Guilds and have spent years on site, from full bathroom refits to emergency call outs at two in the morning. Most of my work comes from people who have had me out before or been told about me by a neighbour, which is exactly how I like it.
I keep it simple. You tell me what the problem is, I come and look at it, and you get a price before anything starts. If a job needs parts ordering or a second visit, I tell you that up front rather than leaving you guessing.
I’m the one on the tools, so the standard you see on one job is the standard you get on all of them.
How I work
Gas Safe registered
Every gas job I do is done to the regulations and certified. If it isn't right, it doesn't get signed off.
You deal with me
No call centre and no subcontractors. I quote the job, I do the job, and I answer the phone afterwards.
Priced before I start
I come and look at the work, then give you a fixed price. No surprises added at the end.
Tidy work
Dust sheets down, tools away, and the place left as I found it apart from the new work.
