Anything on this site about services, timescales or typical costs is a guide. A price is only binding once I have seen the job and given you a written quote. I can decline work, and I may change what I offer or the areas I cover without notice.

Please give accurate details when you contact me, especially the address and what is wrong, so I can quote properly and turn up prepared. Sending an enquiry does not book a job in; a job is booked once I confirm it with you.

Emergency call outs are subject to availability. If you can smell gas, ring the national gas emergency line on 0800 111 999 first. Do not rely on a website form or email for anything urgent.

The text, layout, logo and job photographs on this site belong to me and are used with the permission of the customers involved. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

I keep this site accurate and available as far as I reasonably can, but I do not guarantee it is error free or always online, and I am not liable for loss caused by relying on general information here rather than a quote or advice given directly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
