Gas Safe registered gas services
Gas work is not something to take a chance on. I am Gas Safe registered and cover appliances, pipework, safety checks and landlord certificates across the region.
Appliances and pipework
I install and service cookers, hobs, gas fires and boilers, and run new gas supplies where a kitchen or utility is being changed around.
Every job gets tightness tested and the appliance is checked for correct operation before I sign it off.
Safety checks for landlords
If you let a property you need an annual gas safety check on every gas appliance. I carry these out and issue the certificate the same day so you are not chasing paperwork.
Common questions
- How do I check an engineer is Gas Safe registered?
- Ask for the card and check the number on the Gas Safe Register website. I am happy to show mine on every visit.
- I can smell gas, what should I do?
- Turn the supply off at the meter, open windows, do not touch switches, and ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first. Ring me afterwards for the repair.
