Bathroom fitting across Northumberland and Newcastle

If you are looking for a local bathroom fitter, I fit full bathrooms, en suites and wet rooms from strip out to the last bead of silicone. One person on site the whole way through, so nothing gets lost between trades.

How a bathroom job runs

We start with a measure up and a proper conversation about how the room gets used. I price the labour clearly and you can either buy the suite yourself or I can get it through my merchant.

Then it is strip out, any joinery or wall changes, first fix pipework and waste, tiling, and second fix. I keep the house clean as I go and the room is usable again as quickly as it can be.

Wet rooms and level access showers

Wet rooms live or die on the tanking and the falls in the floor. I take my time on that stage because it is the part you cannot fix later.

Level access showers are also a good option if someone in the house is struggling with a bath, and I can advise on grab rails and seating at the same time.

Common questions

How long does a new bathroom take?
Most full bathrooms take a week to ten days from strip out to finish. A straightforward shower room can be quicker.
How much does a new bathroom cost?
Bathrooms usually range from £6,000 to £14,000, and it all depends on what you want. Taking a bath out and fitting a shower tray is around £3,000. I price the job clearly after a measure up, so you always know what is included.
Do you fit bathrooms bought from Wickes, B&Q or online?
Yes, plenty of customers buy their own. Send me the product list before you order and I will tell you if anything will cause problems on site.
Do you supply the suite as well?
I can. Plenty of customers prefer to choose their own online, which is fine. I will tell you if something you have picked will cause problems on site.
