The everyday jobs still matter. Leaks, dripping taps, running toilets, blocked wastes and outside taps, all priced before I start so there are no surprises.
Plenty of plumbers will not touch a half hour job. I will, because that is how people find out whether they want you back for the bathroom.
I turn up when I say I will, I clean up after myself, and I tell you the price before I pick a tool up.
If you have a leak, get the stopcock off and ring me. I trace where the water is actually coming from before opening anything up, which usually saves a lot of making good afterwards.

Newcastle
A full kitchen strip out in Newcastle needing first fix plumbing throughout: new hot, cold and waste runs, a radiator moved to a better wall, and a leaking gas pipe found and repaired while the floor was up.

Sheepwash, Guidepost
A leaking hot water run buried in a concrete floor left a big old house with no hot water downstairs. I abandoned the buried pipework, repiped the ground floor from above and added a secondary hot water circuit for instant hot water at every tap.

Northumberland
Old flexible waste and pipework in a tight void replaced with proper solvent weld and copper, clipped and supported so it will last.

Northumberland
Full first fix on a new build, hot, cold, heating and waste set out through the studs and floor void, clipped, labelled and pressure tested before the plasterboard went on.
Tell me what you need and I will come and look at it. You get the price before I start.
