The shower in this en-suite had never run properly, gravity fed off the cylinder with barely enough pressure to rinse your hair. The room itself was dated too, so we did both together: a full re-fit, and a twin shower pump in the airing cupboard to give it the flow it should always have had.

Old tiling, a cramped layout and a shower running straight off the cylinder with next to no pressure. Once it was stripped back I re-ran the pipework in the walls so nothing would be sitting on the surface when the panelling went on.
The fix was a twin impeller shower pump fitted at the base of the hot water cylinder, taking a proper feed off the tank and the hot draw-off. It is mounted level, on its own anti-vibration feet, with flexible connections and isolation valves so it can be serviced without draining anything down.
The difference is immediate: a proper drenching shower instead of a dribble, and the pump is tucked away in the cupboard where you barely hear it.
Marble effect wall panels floor to ceiling: quicker than tiling, no grout to go black, and easy to wipe down. A low profile tray with a walk-in glass screen, concealed thermostatic valve with rainfall head and handset, a vanity and WC unit with an LED mirror above, and a chrome ladder towel rail.
Wood effect flooring finishes it off. It is a small room, so everything is chosen to keep it feeling open rather than boxed in.
